All Roads Lead to the Kitchen: Palm plates

I hate washing dishes. There. I said it. Which is pretty unfortunate since I dirty at least one sink load a day all by my lonesome. Then there are the four other people in the house ...whom I think have a secret plan to drive me nuts by using as many glasses, dishes, silverware (the worst) they possibly can before I blow my lid. Yup, I am the dishwasher in this house...no machine. Not that I don't get some relief every now and again once or twice a month. These Palm plates are made from "freshly fallen, naturally discarded sheaths of the leaves of the Adaka palm tree." They're not savagely ripped from the tree while still alive...no trees are chopped down (they come from a non-timber forest!).
